A recent case study published by Nucleus Research they looked at numerous technology implementations and they nominated 268 companies that have implemented solutions from vendors such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP and others.
The winner Quint Wellington Redwood replaced their deployment of Microsoft Dynamics with bpm’online Marketing and Sales. Not only did they drive down licence costs dramatically, they managed to drive growth by increasing effectiveness of marketing and sales, and improving employee productivity. So much so that the calculated Return on Investment for the project over a 3 year period came out at a staggering 1566%.
This is quite an achievement in this space where users adoption is usually a major challenge, and I think this is a true testament to the User Interface of bpm’online making it easier for users and by having Marketing, Sales and Service functions live on the same platform connecting all the dots.
